Barclay is a rather rambunctious child. He's always running around doing things such as pulling fire alarms and moving people's things as pranks. He often gets into alot of trouble for this and ends up cleaning up whatever he messed up, but usually gets away with it, being a very smart kid.
Despite picking on them constantly, he loves his siblings. He will beat up anyone who tries to pick on his younger brother, Arthur, in a heartbeat. His daddy told him brothers protect brothers and that's what he does. Even if they do fight almost all the time.
He often gets very cocky, considering himself to be the best in anything he does. He thinks he can take on all the 8th graders in any sport and the even bigger kids (high school kids) in anything else. This doesn't limit sports, it's virtually everything he does.

History:
Barclay grew up mostly in Scotland. He is very attached to the country and still holds his original Scottish accent very thickly despite only living there for two and a half years.
The family moved when they found out his mother was pregnant with her second son, Arthur. They'd wanted him to grow up in England and decided it would be good for Barclay's education as well.
They grew up there until just a few months ago and are very much still getting used to their new school and their neighbourhood.
RP sample:
Barclay ran down the hall, little fists clenched at his sides. He'd just finished with a fight with one of the older kids in his class. He had managed to get out with only a few scrapes and a trip to the principal's office, but he was still mad. He had gotten the same amount of punishment as the other kid, but the other kid had bullied his little brother!
He was given a band-aid for the rather large cut on his face and he was sent on his way.
Barclay shoved a lollipop into his mouth and pushed his hands into his pockets, storming back into his usual classroom and sat at his desk. The other child was snickering at him and he stood and raised his fist. "If ya evar pick on ma little bro'er agai', A'll beat ya intah the bloodeh ground!"
